WILLIAM FRANCIS SCHROEDER, age 68 of Waseca, died on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at his home in Waseca.
Born on September 18, 1950, in Cresco, Iowa, William was the son of Clayton and Norma (Share) Schroeder.  He started school in LeRoy, MN until his family moved to Waseca in 1962.  He continued school in Waseca graduating from Waseca High School in 1968.  Bill enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1969 and served in Vietnam.  Following his honorable discharge, he returned to Waseca.  Bill married Jacklyn Foss in 1973 and they were married for 46 years.  Bill worked at Brown Printing Co. in Waseca for over 30 years.  Bill enjoyed spending time with family and grandchildren, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and car racing.
Bill is survived by is wife Jacklyn of Waseca; two daughters, Betsy (Tony) Tibor and their children Emma, Anthony, and William of Woodbury and Michelle Schroeder of St. Louis Park; two sisters, Kathy (Stu) Kuyper of Placitas, NM and Mary (David) Schema of Waseca.   He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Michael.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 from 4-7 PM at Dennis Funeral & Cremation Services in Waseca and continue on Thursday, one hour before services at church. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 2:00 PM at St. John Lutheran Church in Waseca.  Burial will follow at Woodville Cemetery in Waseca.
