Wenzel Elwood Schiell

Wenzel Elwood Schiell, age 65 of Waseca died on Wednesday evening, February 15th, 2017 at his home after a 10 years struggle with emphysema, COPD and other health problems.
Wenzel Schiell was born on October 2, 1951 in Northfield to William Jr. and Geraldine (Rehder) Schiell. He graduated from Cannon Falls High School in 1970. After Graduating High School He spent the next four years in the United States Navy. He spent most of his life working as a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Wenzel is survived by his children: Rachael Howlader of Owatonna, William Schiell of West Concord and Angie (Todd) Otto of Belle Plaine; six grandkids; sister Patricia Schiell of Pine Island, Randy Schiell of Cannon Falls; and many nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will take place later in the spring.
