Ursula Graumann
URSULA LOUISE GRAUMANN, age 86 of Waseca died on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at her residence at Colony Court.
Born on March 6, 1931 in Bellingham, Minnesota, she was the daughter of Erich and Helena (Lentz) Hildebrandt. She graduated from Morris High School and married Elmer James Graumann on November 20, 1949 in Clinton. After getting married, Ursula helped her husband farm and over the years worked at E.F. Johnson Co. and Brown Printing in Waseca. She later returned to school and graduated from Faribault Technical School where she received her LPN degree. She continued to work as a nurse until her retirement. Ursula enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She also taught Sunday School and played the organ at church. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Waseca.
She is survived by four children, David (Linda) Graumann of Minneapolis, Steven (Nancy) Graumann of Waseca, Kathleen Castellano of Owatonna and Amy Graumann (Erv Abraham) of Waterville; son-in-law, Richard Rollins of Owatonna; 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Dora (John) Barnett of Tyler, TX; brother, Erwin (Mae) Hildebrandt of Kensington; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elmer; daughter, Debra Rollins; granddaughter, Jennifer Castellano; brother, Heintz Hildebrandt; and cousin, Ericka Steen. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Grace Lutheran Church in Waseca with Rev. Kristi Mitchell officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 9:30 AM until the time of services at the church. Burial will follow at Woodville Cemetery in Waseca.
