Thomas Mensing

Thomas Mensing August 8, 1963 - June 25, 2009

Thomas E. Mensing, age 45 of Fargo, ND and formerly of Faribault, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at his home. Tom is the son of Marion McHugo, the late Ervin Mensing Jr. and his late stepdad Gerald Round. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church, at Immaculate Conception in Faribault with the Rev. Kevin Finnegan officiating. Interment will be held at the Meadow Ridge Memorial Park, Faribault. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday for one hour prior to services. Arrangements are being completed by the Parker Kohl Funeral Home in Faribault. Thomas Ervin Mensing, the son of the Ervin and Marion (Chavie) Mensing, was born on Aug. 8, 1963 in Faribault. He attended Faribault Senior High School and graduated with the class of 1982. After high school Tom enlisted in the U.S. Army. After his service time he worked for ABC Corp. and different construction companies. Tom enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Marion (Francis) McHugo of Faribault; by four siblings, Terry (Steve) Johnson of Kenyon, MN, Tony (Denise) Mensing, Cathy (Gregg) Bauer and Cec (Tom) Seykora, all of Faribault; by his brother in law, Eric Madow of Faribault and by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, stepfather and his sister, Tamera Madow.
