Tammy A. Duban November 14, 1975 - November 26, 2015
Tammy A. Duban, age 40, of Faribault, MN, passed away November 26, 2015, at her home following a long-term illness.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home in Faribault, with Rev. Steve Roberts, pastor of Gospel of Life Family Church, officiating. Interment will be at the Christdala Church Cemetery in Forest Township, Rice County, MN.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. and on Wednesday for one hour prior to the services.
Tammy Ann was born on November 14, 1975, in Faribault to David and Bonnie (Wolfe) Duban. At an early age, Tammy''s eyesight was diminishing and she started schooling at the Minnesota State Academy for the Braille (MSAB) in 3rd grade. She completed her schooling at MSAB in 1998, making an impact on many at the school. Tammy was a loving, generous person who accepted her illnesses and challenges, never letting that be an obstacle for her, always trying. She loved children, listening to music, and caring for calves on the farm. Some of her favorites included the movie Annie and partnering with her mother in the Chicken Dance. She was loved and will be missed by all.
She is survived by her parents, David and Bonnie Duban; siblings, Jeannie (Gilbert Jr.) Riehm of Northfield, Terry Duban of Medford, Landon (Lisa) Duban of Hastings, and Wayne (Kerry) Duban of New Prague; nieces and nephews, Gilbert III, Mike, and Matthew Riehm, Amanda Litsheim, Alisha Litsheim, and Ellie Brandvold, Maddox and Melanie Duban, and Adeline and Jesse Duban; many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Tom and Mary Duban, Iris Wolfe and Bernice Anderson.
