Sharon Rose Radke

SHARON ROSE RADKE, age 75 of Janesville joined her Lord on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at Whispering Creek in Janesville following a long battle with diabetes.

Sharon Rose Beelow was born on March 23, 1947 in Waseca, Minnesota, the daughter of Orville and Harriet (Pagel) Beelow. She attended Trinity Parochial School before graduating from Janesville High School. Sharon worked in banking for 40 years. She married Kenneth Radke on January 29, 1972. They enjoyed vacationing and traveling throughout the United States and especially enjoyed spending winters in Texas the past 12 years. They recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Sharon was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Janesville where she was active with the altar guild.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth of Janesville; two children, Jennifer Coudron of St. James and Kevin Radke (special friend, Cathy Britzius) of Mapleton; two grandchildren, Shelby (Mitchel) Vant Hul of IA and Amber Coudron of CA; and her first great grandchild due in December. She is also survived by her sister, Shirley (Dale) Huelsnitz and brother, Bob (Paula) Beelow; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. S

he was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 4-7 PM at the Janesville Chapel of Dennis-Steffel-Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service. Visitation will continue on Friday, one hour before services at the church.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 2, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church in Janesville. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery in Mapleton.
