Shania Rasmusson November 15, 1963 - January 21, 2012

Shania L. Rasmusson, formerly known as Stacy Reint, age 48, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at her home following an extended illness. Graduated FSHS 1982 and Golden Valley Lutheran College. Shania devoted her life to being a devoted mother and caregiver to her son Tyler. She is survived by son, Tyler; Former husband, Eric Rasmusson; siblings, Kay (Larry) Reint Herrmann of Naples, FL, John (Cindy) Reint of Faribault, Janna (Michael Johnson "Wild West") Reint Johnson of Carefree, AZ; nieces and nephews, Lissa (Shawn), Steve, Jamie (Katie) , Jesse (Stacy), Jacy (Andy), Jake and Sarah. Preceded in death by parents Bob and Pearl Reint, brother in law John Hanlon and nephew Todd Hanlon. A special thank you to the Jim Rasmusson Family of Golden Valley. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the Unity South Church (7950 1st Ave. S.) in Bloomington. A reception will follow at the church. Private family interment at the Maple Lawn Cemetery in Faribault. There will be no visitation prior to the service. Arrangements are being completed by the Parker Kohl Funeral Home & Crematory of Faribault.
