Rosemary Yerhot October 9, 1959 - April 26, 2012
Rosemary Yerhot, age 52, of Kilkenny, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at the Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis following a sudden illness. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at the Chapel of the Good Shepherd on the Shattuck-St. Mary''s Campus (1000 Shumway Ave.) in Faribault, with the Rev. Henry Doyle, officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the chapel. In lieu of flowers, Rosemary''s family asks everyone to bring a canned good for the Faribault Area Food Shelf or to make a donation to a charity of choice. Funeral arrangements are being completed by the Parker Kohl Funeral Home & Crematory of Faribault. Rosemary Rist, the daughter of Charles and Anita (Meekins) Rist, was born on October 9, 1959 in Baltimore, Maryland. Following high school in Baltimore, Rosemary attended the Faribault Vo-Tech for further education. On June 23, 1983, Rosemary was untied in marriage to Michael (Mike) Yerhot in Faribault. Rosemary worked at various places throughout her life including, Vision World where she was a manager from 1987 to 1991 and also was self employed as a web designer and computer programmer. Recently she enjoyed helping Mike on the family farm in Kilkenny. She enjoyed sewing, working with computers and living the farm life. She is survived by her husband, Mike of Kilkenny; her children, Ryan (fianc Samy Beaupre) Yerhot of Rochester, New Hampshire and Regan (Tim) Robbins and their children, Justin (6), Madelyn (4) and Jack (3) of Madbury, New Hampshire; by her siblings, Kathleen Rist of Baltimore, Maryland, Richard Rist of Baltimore, Maryland and Jim (Carol) Rist of Faribault and by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her sisters, Carolyn Rist and Barbara Rist of Baltimore, Maryland.
