RONALD CURTIS KRAMER, age 64 of Waseca died peacefully at his home on Wednesday, October 21, 2020.
Born on March 3, 1956 in Waseca, Minnesota he was the son of Francis and Elaine (Gehring) Kramer. Ron graduated from Waseca High School in 1974 and went on to attend Albert Lea VoTech where he studied diesel mechanics. He married Charlotte Born in 1981 and they were later divorced. Ron married Marlee Winkelman in 1996 in Las Vegas. Ron was employed at K & H Auto in Waseca until their closing and was then employed with Shady Oaks Nursery. He was currently working for the City of Waseca Street Dept.
Ron loved NASCAR and dirt track racing. He also enjoyed playing cards, especially euchre and Pfeffer with his family. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the American Legion in Waseca. Ron was willing to do anything for anyone.
He is survived by his wife, Marlee of Waseca; one son, Matthew (Sydney Sandbo) Kramer of Owatonna; and one grandson, Kash Kramer. He is also survived by siblings, Bob (Colleen) Kramer of Waseca, Richard Kramer of Waseca, Julie Kramer of Waseca, Janet (Jim Hinton) Kramer of New Richland, and Jackie (Steve Hecker) Kramer of Lakeville; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jim and Myrna Winkelman of St. Clair; brothers-in-law, Jeffrey (Mary) Winkelman of Mankato and Thomas (Melody) Winkelman of Mankato; and several aunts, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Alan in infancy.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, private family services are being held. A public visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 from 4-7 PM at the 3rd Street Chapel of Dennis Funeral & Cremation Services in Waseca.
