Robert F. 'Bob' Meili March 20, 1933 - November 21, 2015

Robert Franklin "Bob" Meili, age 82 of Faribault, died Saturday, November 21, 2015 at the Harlingen Medical Center in Harlingen, TX.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 27, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church in Faribault. Interment will be held at the Maple Lawn Cemetery in Faribault.

Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.

Arrangements are being completed by the Parker Kohl Funeral Home & Crematory of Faribault.

Robert was born on March 20, 1933 in Winona, MN to Arthur Meili and May Rumstick Achilles. He graduated from the Brown Institute and was employed as an engineer for Herff Jones. Robert married Sharon Patricia Ellis on January 31, 1959. He was a member of the Divine Mercy Catholic Church in Faribault. Robert was "Mr. Fix-It", an avid fisherman and a Winter Texan.

He is survived by his special friend, Shirley Maxwell, children, Susan Meili and Mark Meili and wife Tara; daughter-in-law, Cathy Meili; five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife Sharon Meili; father, Arthur Meili; mother, May Achilles; step-father, Fred Achilles; son Michael Meili; and brother LeRoy Meili.
