Patrick Eugene Utz

PATRICK EUGENE UTZ, age 56, of Janesville passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024 at his home surrounded by family.

Born on October 22, 1967 in Trimont, he was the son of Bill and Mary Jo (Clancy) Snyder. He graduated from Janesville High School. Pat worked at Spartech Plastics, logged trees, and Land to Home remodeling houses. He was united in marriage to Michelle Lenertz. In his free time, Pat enjoyed snowmobiling, horseshoes, fishing, and helping his friends as much as he could. He will be dearly missed. 

Patrick is survived by his wife, Michelle Lenertz; son, Lance Utz; father, Bill Snyder; siblings, Troy (Nora) Utz, Brandy Snyder; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Jo Snyder; uncle, Dave Clancy; father and mother-in-law, Fred and Mary Lenertz.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Dennis-Steffel-Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service is handling arrangements.
