Marjorie Ruth Findley

MARJORIE RUTH FINDLEY, age 79 of Waseca, died on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Bridgewater Memory Care in Janesville.

Born in Janesville on March 3, 1942, Marjorie was the daughter of William and Louise (Schnepf) Krampitz. She graduated from high school in Waterville before attending cosmetology school. Marjorie and her sister moved to California together as young women, and it was there that she met and married Joseph Brendal. They later divorced and he passed away in the years that followed. She was later married to David Findley before their divorce. After her move back to Minnesota, Marjorie worked at Brown Printing Company, the E.F. Johnson Company, and Cabela’s. She had been a past member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Waseca, and she enjoyed collecting things and spending time with her children.

Marjorie is survived by three children, Scott (Cheryl) Brendal of Waseca, Dawn (Tony) Coslovich of San Jose, CA, and Randy Brendal of Owatonna; two grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; one brother, Martin Krampitz of Blooming Prairie; and three sisters, Wilda Solberg of Albert Lea, Frieda Christiansen of Florida, and Emogene Krampitz of Waterville. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband; four brothers; a sister; and another sister in infancy.

A visitation will be held from 4:00PM until 6:30PM on Friday, August 27, 2021 at the Third Street Chapel of Dennis Funeral & Cremation Services in Waseca. A closing prayer service will begin at 6:30PM.
