Marcia Robin (Hill) Hetletvedt, loving wife and mother, daughter and sister, friend and volunteer, coach and counselor, co-worker and colleague, passed away at home on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 surrounded by family. She fought a 21 month battle with cancer, and was supported by countless friends, family, students and co-workers through this time, and for this she and we will be eternally grateful. She is survived by her husband Dean, son and daughter Cody and Brooke, mother and father Beverly and Robert Hill, brothers Jeff (Amy) and Scott (Monica) Hill, father-in-law Lowell Hetletvedt, and many nieces and nephews. Born March 14, 1960 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she graduated from Edina High School in 1978, and Cum Laude from Mankato State University in 1983. She was an avid outdoorswoman and athlete. She enjoyed volunteering for conservation projects including water testing at the Cannon River.
