Lucille Maxine Faltersack

October 25, 1930 — May 27, 2017

Lucille M. Faltersack, age 86, of Madison Lake passed away on May 27, 2017, at home surrounded by her children.
Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, June 2nd at 11:00 a.m. at All Saints Catholic Church in Madison Lake with Father Robert Schneider celebrating the Mass. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery in Madison Lake. Visitation will be held on Friday morning, beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service, at the church. Urn bearers will be Lucilles grandsons: Patrick Fasnacht, Michael King, Kenneth King, Kyle Faltersack, Tyler Schnoor and Karter Worner.

Lucille Maxine was born on October 25th, 1930 to Archie Berlin and Pearl Kathryn (Ropella) McKinley in Topeka, Kansas. She attended Highland Park High School in Topeka, Kansas. She was active in sports and she was in the Glee Club, Y-Teen & Future Homemakers during her high school years. She was united in marriage to Ralph Louis Faltersack on September 7th, 1949, at Yumas Wedding Chapel in Yuma, Arizona. She owned and operated Lucys Boat Landing in Madison Lake and Ralphs Corner Bar in Elysian with her husband. She also worked for Green Giant in LeSueur. She retired with her husband in 1985, and they spent their winters in San Benito, Texas, returning in the spring to their lake home on Steele Lake for the summers. She was very devoted to her family. She enjoyed watching Nascar races, the Vikings and the Twins. She also enjoyed reading and doing word search books.
God looked around his garden and found an empty space. Then, he looked down upon this earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest. Gods garden must be beautiful he only takes the best.
She is survived by her son, Pat (Linda) Faltersack of Clearwater; her five daughters, Deborah (Roger) King of Elysian, Sharlene (Dennis) Lang of Madison Lake, Linda (Robert) Winter of Janesville, Colleen (Dennis) Schnoor of Elysian, and Kristine Worner (special friend Jeremy Bruessel) of Owatonna; son-in-law, Walter Fasnacht of Madison Lake; 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; one brother, Marvin (Marcia) McKinley of Topeka, KS; sisters-in-law Eunice McKinley of Topeka, KS, LaVonne (Spencer) Schultz of Balsam Lake, WI; and many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ralph; three daughters: Rosie, Charlotte and Marilyn; two brothers: Orval and Archie.
