Lucille Emma Dahle

LUCILLE “LUCY” EMMA DAHLE, age 84, of Waseca, passed away September 19, 2022 at Lake Shore Inn Nursing Home in Waseca, MN.

Born on December 23, 1937 in Faribault, MN to Thomas and Bessie Ginter. Lucy graduated from Waterville High School. Following her education, she worked at EF Johnson and Brown Printing before spending 51 years working for Lake Shore Inn Nursing Home. She was united in marriage to James Dahle. Together, they raised 3 wonderful children before they divorced. Lucille enjoyed embroidering, cooking, and baking in her spare time. She was known for bringing her delicious treats for Wednesday bingo at the Waseca Senior Center and going to bingo at the American Legion in Morristown. She spent her Sundays in the fall cheering on the Minnesota Vikings. She was a gentle and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed.

Survived by sons, Scott Dahle (Lori Schneidewind), Dennis Dahle; granddaughter, Tarin Kuball; and great-grandson, Trent Kuball.

Preceded in death by parents, Thomas and Bessie Ginter; son, James Dahle; and father of her children, James Dahle.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 6:00 PM on Thursday, September 22, 2022 with a prayer service beginning at 5:45 PM at the Third Street Chapel of Dennis-Steffel-Omtvedt Funeral & Cremation Service in Waseca.

A private graveside service will take place at Woodville Cemetery in Waseca.
