Lennis 'Lennie' LeRoy Buscho
LENNIS "LENNIE" LEROY BUSCHO, age 76 of Morristown, died at his home on Tuesday, January 16, 2018.
Born in Morristown on November 22, 1941, Lennie was the son of Harold and Lois (Knauss) Buscho. He attended school in Morristown before enlisting in the United States Army. Following his honorable discharge in 1966, he returned home to farm, and has continued to live and work on the same land ever since. Lennie milked cows for many years, and at one time owned the second largest Jersey herd in the state of Minnesota. He and his family enjoying showing their registered Jerseys for many years. He also enjoyed working with his horses, whether it be making and hauling firewood or pulling in local sleigh and cutter events. His family also has many fond memories of their time snowmobiling over the years. Lennie attended First Baptist Church in Waterville, and he enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, hard work, and being outdoors.
Lennie is survived by his former wife, Sharon Buscho of Springfield, MO; four children, Kevin (Joy) Buscho of Kilkenny, Kari (Todd) Knutson of Riverton, WY, Kyle (Paula) Buscho of Rogersville, MO, and Kandrea (Robert) Hagfors of Anderson, SC; eighteen grandchildren; three siblings, Carol Little of Dundas, Marilyn (Gordon) Smith of Faribault, and James (Sharon) Buscho of Hollister, MO; and one sister-in-law, Diane Buscho of Motley. He was preceded in death by both of his parents; sister, Charlotte (Eddie) Morgan; brother, David Buscho, and brother-in-law Harold Little.
Due to unavoidable circumstances the date for Lennie's funeral has been changed.
Funeral services will now be held at 11:00AM on Friday, January 26, 2018 at First Baptist Church in Waterville, with Rev. Don Kittle officiating. Visitation will be held for one hour before the services at the church.
