LEILANI "LANI" WILLIAMSON, age 58 of Waseca, died on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Central Health Care in LeCenter.
Born in Mankato on September 7, 1961, Lani was the daughter of Ralph and Lynn Meyers.  After graduating from Waterville High School in 1979 she attended Mankato State where she earned a degree in education, graduating in 1984.  In December of 1981 she married Michael Nicolai Ohnstad.  They later divorced.  Lani worked in various jobs over the years, most recently for Elm Homes in Waseca.  In August of 1998 Lani married Brian Williamson in Waseca.  She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Waseca, and she enjoyed working crossword puzzles, playing cribbage, cards, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
Lani is survived by her husband, Brian Williamson of Waseca; two sons, Shawn (Katie) Ohnstad of Maple Grove and Anthony (Rachelle) Ohnstad of Waseca; five grandchildren, Dru, Avery, Nicolai, Cole, and Carson; her mother, Lynn Culhane of Waterville; her brother, Troy Meyers of Waterville; her step-mother, Sonja Meyers of Mesa, AZ; her special aunt and godmother, Victoria (Ronald) Kruesel of Owatonna, her aunt Dorothy (Richard) Prahl of Waterville; and her uncle and godfather, John Perlich of New York, NY.  She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Meyers; her step-father, Richard Culhane; her maternal and paternal grandparents; two aunts; and one uncle. A memorial visitation will be held from 1-3PM on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Dennis Funeral & Cremation Services in Waterville.  Private family interment will take place at Sakatah Cemetery in Waterville at a later date.
