LaVera Love June 28, 1933 - March 16, 2011

LaVera Love, age 77, of Faribault, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at her home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Harvest Time Church (2627 2nd Ave. N.W.) in Faribault with Pastor Peter Kuriger, officiating. Interment will be held in Nebraska. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home and Crematory of Faribault and for one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday morning. LaVera Almira Craw, the daughter of John and Edith (Tavern) Craw, was born on June 28, 1933 in Stratton, Nebraska. She was united in marriage to Raymond Lyle Love on November 6, 1960 in Omaha, Nebraska and were later divorced. Over the years, LaVera worked at various places in Faribault including the Sterling House, Faribo Canning Company, the Holiday Caf, the Brunswick Hotel and most recently at Pizza Hut. She enjoyed cats, gambling, going to church, playing the piano and organ, being outdoors, camping and fishing. She is survived by her five children, Linda (Michael) Hayes of Milltown, WI, Cynthia (Bob) Bodin of Red Wing, Raymond D. (June) Love of Frederic, WI, Stephen L. Love of Moose Lake and Wendy (Jeff) Ringeisen of Cannon Falls; her fourteen grandchildren, Bernard Feidt Jr, Kristin Feidt, Michael Feidt, Angela Stadler, Nicholas Feidt, Bethany Feidt, Brittany Bodin, Brooke Bodin, Desire Hicks, Travis Love, Hunter Love, Riki Podritz and Tiffany Ringeisen; her four great grandchildren and by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, three children, Raymond W. Love, Debra Love and Troy Love, her brother John and by her former husband Raymond Lyle Love.
