Julie Ann was born on November 24, 1956, in Albert Lea, MN, to James and Marcella (Goranowski) Esenrich. She graduated from Faribault High School with the class of 1975. She then attended Winona Technical College for training in Cosmetology. Julie worked professionally as a hair stylist at various locations throughout her career, including a period of time in Florida. She was married to Michael Chamberlin on January 26, 1991 at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. They were later divorced. Many family and friends called her "Bird", which she obtained for being born on Thanksgiving Day. Julie enjoyed baking and spending time with family and friends. Many of the family gatherings brought out her laughter while playing games. She was very loving to her family, especially her niece and nephew. Most of all, her daughter Hayley was her greatest joy. She enjoyed watching Hayley figure skate over the years and seeing her succeed and graduate from the University of Michigan.
She is survived by her daughter, Hayley Chamberlin of Minneapolis; mother, Marcy Esenrich of Faribault; brother, Jerry (Barb) Esenrich of Faribault; niece, Jenny (Jeff) Jones of Medford, MN, and their children, Kaden, Maria, and Dillan Jones; nephew, Scott (Mary Ann) Esenrich of Las Vegas, NV; former husband, Michael Chamberlin of Minneapolis; and many friends, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, James; and brother, Allan Esenrich.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the college fund of her daughter, Hayley Chamberlin.
