Janice F. Rux, age 65, of Janesville passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at the Janesville Nursing Home surrounded by her family.
Memorial services will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Janesville with Pastor Larry Griffin and Pastor Paul Muther officiating.
Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, March 19th, 2016 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Arnoldt-McRaith Funeral Home & Crematory in Janesville and for one hour prior to services at the church on Sunday.
Janice Faye, daughter of Warren and Marjorie (Linde) Abraham, was born on March 4, 1951. She attended and graduated from Janesville High School in 1969. On August 30, 1969, she was united in marriage to Loren Rux at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Smiths Mill. In 1969, Janice started working as a daycare provider and continued to do that until the mid-1980''s. She cherished all the memories she had of her special daycare kids. Following this, she started working at Budget Mart in Janesville and continued to work there until it closed. She then worked at Wiste''s until her health caused her to retire. Janice enjoyed cleaning, sewing, cleaning, playing Yahtzee, spending time with her dog, Vada, playing with her grandchildren, flowers, cleaning, and going to garage sales.
Janice is survived by her husband, Loren Rux of Janesville; children, Lonna (Philip Klug) Westphal-Klug of Waseca, Tara (Rudy) Radke of Waseca, Kiki (Martin) Erdman of Janesville, Jacob (Katie) Rux of Mapleton, Jordy (Nicole) Rux of Waseca, and Jadi Rux of Janesville; grandchildren, Tabbitha, Mikkel, and Kaycee Westphal, Darian Engel, Colby Radke, Myah Engel, Erik Radke, Mackson and Makae Erdman, Kayden, Kashton, and Elsie Rux, Aiden Cassidy, Braden and Daiton Snow, and Hayven Rux; siblings, James (Deborah) Abraham of Columbus, GA, Judith (Jerome) Thornton of Janesville, and Jerry Abraham of Little Falls; loving pet, Vada Mae Rux; and by many other relatives and friends.
