Janet Rozell

Janet Rozell, age 76, of Waseca, passed away Thursday morning, May 9, 2019 at the Janesville Nursing Home.
Memorial Service will be 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Starkson & Steffel Funeral & Cremation Service ~ McRaith Chapel of Waseca. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be on a later date in Woodville Cemetery.

Janet L. Rozell was born on October 21, 1942, to George and Leona. She had one sibling, Georgiana.
She met her husband, LaVerle on the ferry to Coronado where he was stationed in the Navy. They relocated to the Midwest and farmed for many years. Together they had four children.
Janet enjoyed interior decorating, gardening, cooking and bird watching. She spent many years working at E.F Johnson in Waseca and Truth Hardware in Owatonna.
Janet is survived by her children: Michelle Rozell, Mark Rozell, Cindy (Lee) Landsteiner, and Candace (Mark) Sonnek; grandchildren: Stephanie, Matt, Josh, Andrew, Anna, Adam, Brooke, and Lily; and 10 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
