Jacqueline Olson
JACQUELINE ANN OLSON, age 62 of Le Center died on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at the Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato surrounded by her family.
Born on November 12, 1956 in Deer River, Minnesota, she was the daughter of Bert and Maxine (Wicklund) Olson. Over the years she had worked in food service in various businesses. She married Michael Coy on October 15, 2004 in Richfield. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, crocheting and making stuffed animals. She also loved animals.
She is survived by her husband, Mike of Le Center; three children, Ramona (Craig) Puch of Fort Myers, FL, Jessica Brown of Cottonwood, AZ, and Charles Michaud of Cottonwood, AZ; three step-sons, Rodney Coy of Kilkenny, Dean Coy of Bloomington, and Patrick Coy of Richfield; and five grandchildren, Brenna, Richie, Cheyenne, Jaelyn, and Grady. She is also survived by siblings, Jennifer Grobe of Waterville, Jeffrey (Marilyn) Olson of Deer River, Joel (Mitzi) Olson of Deer River, Jeanne (Jack) Dunker of Janesville, Joyce (Dave) Evans of Clarks Grove, Jill (Brad) Olson of Faribault; and Bert Olson Jr. of Ely; brother-in-law, John Asher of Rosemount; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Ericka Hendershot and Jamie Wilmes.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at the Waterville Event Center from 2-5 PM.
