GRACE ELIZABETH WILDES, age 87, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2015.
Born on February 21, 1928 in Sibley County, Minnesota, she was the daughter of Edwin and Esther (Erickson) Carlson.  Grace graduated from New Ulm High School and worked at Northwestern Bell as a telephone operator.  She married Howard Wildes on June 8, 1957.  She later worked at Valspar.  Grace enjoyed bird watching and caring for others.  She also enjoyed knitting and crocheting.  She was a previous member of the New Ulm Congregation of Jehovahs Witnesses and currently the Faribault Congregation of Jehovahs Witnesses.
She is survived by five children, Melorie Wildes, Bill (Sharon) Wildes, Kevin Wildes, Carolyn (Darryl) Dillon and David Wildes; four grandchildren, Charlie and Wade Dillon and Myrica and Paxton Wildes; and one great grandchild, Zen.  She is also survived by one sister, Irma Raddatz.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and seven brothers and sisters. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 1:30 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses, 2618 Park Ave. NW in Faribault.  Burial will be at the Sugar Grove Cemetery in Blue Earth County.
