Edward Fredrick, Sr.

Edward Fredrick Sr., 75 year old resident of Good Thunder, died peacefully on Friday afternoon, March 16, 2018 at Oaklawn Rehabilitation Center in Mankato. Private family graveside service will be held on a later date in Riverside Cemetery in Blue Earth.

Edward Fredrick Sr. was born on June 9, 1942 in Appleton to Erhardt and Leona (Lokken) Fredrick. Following his education Ed began working as a farm hand before working for Dotson Foundry in Mankato for many years. He later worked at Sams Club in Mankato until his retirement. Ed enjoyed time spent camping, and fishing. He also loved building model cars and tractors and always looking for a deal at thrift stores.
Ed is survived by his son: Ed (Teri) of Good Thunder; grandchildren: Jessica Fredrick and Abby Fredrick; great grandchildren: Braxxton and Bria Fredrick; other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Monica and many aunts and uncles.
