Dorothy Ann Wobschall

Dorothy Ann (Siebert) Wobschall, age 85 of Waseca passed away on October 28, 2020.

Dorothy was born on November 18, 1934 to Albert P. and Helen J. (Dahn) Siebert in Le Sueur County, Minnesota. She graduated in 1952 from Waseca High School. She married Gordon Robert Wobschall on October 23, 1953 in Mason City, Iowa.

Dorothy worked at Federated Insurance in Owatonna, Waseca Daily Journal, Arabian Horse Times, Quad County Rotary Press, Country Impressions and helped out at the Waseca County News. She was a longtime member of St. John Lutheran Church.

Dorothy is survived by her husband, Gordon, son Randy (Marlys), grandsons Scott and Kevin of Apple Valley, MN, sister Evelyn Pierce of Vancouver, Washington, sister-in-law Bernice Blastervold of Rush City, MN, brother-in-law Milton (Mush) Wobschall, Reno, NV, nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents, sisters Betty Jordahl, Donna Neuendorf and Goldie Keyes, brothers-in-law Delmar Jordahl, Leon Pierce, Dale Keyes and Bud Blastervold.

A special thanks to the staff at Colony Court, Waseca, and Mayo Clinic Hospice for their compassionate care.

A private interment will be held at Woodville Cemetery.
