Donna Marie Ann Landsteiner

DONNA MARIE ANN LANDSTEINER, age 88 of Waseca, died on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at the New Richland Care Center.

Born in Mankato on February 13, 1932, Donna was the daughter of Carl and Inga (Aagard) Schulz. She graduated from Mankato High School. On November 23, 1968 Donna married Clete Landsteiner in Mankato. They made their life together in Mankato until his passing in 2012, when she moved to Waseca. Donna enjoyed knitting and cross stitching baby blankets, reading, and baking for everyone she loved. She was a lifelong member of the Eagle’s Club #269 in Mankato. More than anything she loved spending time caring for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Donna is survived by two children, Cathy (Chuck) Pickar of Brainerd and Lee (Cindy) Landsteiner of Waseca; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one brother, Arlan (Cathy) Schulz of Bella Vista, AR; and special friends Connie Campbell and Brad Ebel; and their beloved dog, B.B. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; three brothers, Elmer, Vernon, and Lyle; and one sister, Dorothy Nickels.

A celebration of Donna’s life will be held at a later date.
