Donna Mae Lytle

DONNA LYTLE, age 74 of Vermillion formally from Waseca, passed away at The Emeralds in Faribault on November 13, 2023. Donna was born in Waseca on June 2, 1949, the daughter of William and Viola (Tetzloff) Gehloff.  She grew up on the family farm in rural Wilton Township and graduated from Waseca Central High School in 1967.  Donna married Ray Lytle on June 5, 1976 and later divorced but remained good friends. Donna worked at Northwest Airlines for 30 years and then worked in the health care business caring for the elderly. Donna (Auntie) loved traveling and having fun.  She traveled many places with Ray and loved traveling to Mexico.  She spent many winters in Puerto Vallarta and invited family and friends to stay there with her.  She loved spending time with family so much.

Donna is survived by her brother Donald (Cleo) Gehloff; nieces and nephews, Debbie (Dale) Gehring, Lorri (Jim) Hill, Julie (Brad) Pederson, Michael (Tiffany) Gehloff, Rodney Gehloff, Troy (Vicki) Gehloff, Davia Gehloff, Wayne (Deanna) Gehloff, and Tammi (Mike) Larson.  Along with many great and great great nieces and nephews and Godchildren.

Donna was preceded in death by her precious pet, TJ; friend Ray Lytle; parents, Bill and Viola Gehloff; brothers, Dale and David Gehloff; and sister in-law, Barb Gehloff.

Visitation will be from 1:00– 3:00 PM on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at the Third Street Chapel of Dennis-Steffel-Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service in Waseca. The interment will be in Woodville Cemetery in Waseca following the visitation on Sunday.
