Donald G. Nohava May 8, 1930 - August 17, 2014

Donald G. Nohava, age 84, of Faribault, MN, passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014, at the St. Lucas Care Center in Faribault.

Private interment was held at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN.

Arrangements are with the Parker Kohl Funeral Home & Crematory of Faribault.

Donald George was born on May 8, 1930, in Lonsdale, MN to George F. and Mary H. (Pumper) Nohava. Donald graduated from Morristown High School. He then enlisted and served in the U.S. Army for 25 years, including the Korean War and two tours of duty in Vietnam. Following his retirement from the Army, he worked for 10 years at Crown Cork & Seal Co. Donald was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1562 and the American Legion Post 43.

He is survived by his son, Donald (Marcia) Nohava II of Phoenix, AZ; and other relatives and friends.
