Dick Earl Wallace

DICK EARL WALLACE, age 78, of Waseca passed away on the morning of Monday, May 28, 2024 at Lakeshore Rehabilitation Center in Waseca.

Born on July 4, 1945 in Iowa City, Iowa, Dick was the son of Marcella Wallace. He and his family traveled throughout his life until planting roots in Waseca. He worked various jobs, most notably truck driving and house painting for Century 21 until his retirement. In his free time, Dick enjoyed working on jigsaw puzzles and spending time with his life partner, Janice Hanson. He was a quiet, good hearted man who will be dearly missed. 

Dick is survived by his life partner of 49 years, Janice Hanson; siblings, Ray (Janelle) Wallace, Leo (Lisa) Wallace, and Mona Quast. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, and sisters, Sally Gruber and Kaye Wallace.

There will be no services for Dick at this time. Arrangements are being handled by Dennis-Steffel-Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service in Waseca.
