Delome "Dee" Andree

DELOME “DEE” GLORIA ANDREE, age 95 of Waseca died on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at Lake Shore Inn in Waseca.

Born on April 30, 1927 in Williston, North Dakota, she was the daughter of Roy and Anne (Klunat) Johnson. She graduated from Duluth Central High School in 1945 and St. Luke’s School of Nursing in Duluth. On September 18, 1948 she was united in marriage to Leo A. Andree. They moved to Minneapolis where she worked at the Swedish Hospital. They moved to Waseca in 1952 and she worked at the Waseca Memorial Hospital for 25 years. She was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Waseca.

She is survived by two sons, Paul (Rhonda) Andree of Faribault and Brian (Vickie) Andree of Waterville; seven grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leo; son, Bruce; grandson, Christopher; and sister, ArDeese Butterworth.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Waseca. Visitation will be held on Saturday, one hour before services at the church. Burial will follow at Woodville Cemetery in Waseca.
