Dante Alejandro Garcia

DANTE ALEJANDRO GARCIA, age 27 of Waseca passed away peacefully surrounded by his family following a one-year battle with cancer on August 19, 2021.

Born on April 12, 1994, in Mexico City, Mexico to Jesus Garcia and Alexandra Manjarrez. At the age of six, his family moved to McAllen where Dante attended McAllen Memorial High School, graduating with the class of 2013. While in McAllen, he worked at a pizza buffet. In 2016, Dante moved to Waseca where he was employed at Birds Eye until his health no longer allowed.

Dante enjoyed playing video games, anything with cars, comedy and watching youtube videos. Dante was a shy man but had a caring and protective heart. Throughout his life he applied the principles of love one another, forgive and live in the present. “Keep a Clear Mind”.

Dante is survived by his mother, Alexandra Manjarrez; brother: Jesus (Benita Vela) Manjarrez; stepbrothers: Armando Solis Jr., Juan Solis, Eliasar Solis and Alex Solis; other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be 11:00 AM on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Hillside Cemetery in rural Morristown.
