Danny Casey February 24, 1940 - December 13, 2008

Danny Casey, age 68, of Faribault, died Saturday, December 13, 2008 at the St. Mary''s Hospital in Rochester, following an extended illness. Memorial visitation will be held at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home in Faribault on Wednesday, December 17th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Dennis Brian Casey, the son of Dudley and Kathryn (Karow) Casey, was born on February 24, 1940 in Faribault. He graduated from Faribault High School, and then served in the U.S. Navy. He was married to Bonnie Hiles on July 12, 1964. Danny worked for Mercury Minnesota and Crown Cork and Seal in Lakeville until his retirement. Danny and Bonnie enjoyed going camping for many years. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Casey; four children, Kathryn Casey Vold (Jim), Denise Casey (Mike Anderson), Bill Casey, and Cindy Casey Montague; 10 grandchildren, Crystal, Amber, and Katie Vold, Garrett DuPont and P.J. DuPont III, Tanna and Nick Almen, Brian, Kyle, and Tyler Casey; five great grandchildren, Autumn, Piper, and T.J. Vold, Eva DuPont, and Jovani Gil; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
