Constance "Connie" K. Wagner

CONSTANCE “CONNNIE” K. WAGNER, age 81 of Waterville, formerly of Apple Valley, died on the morning of Thursday, March 30, 2023 at Whispering Creek in Janesville.

Born in White Lake, South Dakota on July 20, 1941, Connie was the daughter of Earl and Mildred (Gales) Fredericksen. Playing games with her granddaughters was her favorite thing to do – she loved them with all her heart!

Connie is survived by two sons, Kevin Wagner of Apple Valley and Kurt (Carrie) Wagner of Atlanta, GA; as well as two special granddaughters, Anna and Marla; one sister, Joan Thiry and her children. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Donald; her parents, Earl and Mildred; infant son; brothers, Don and Mike and his daughter, April; sister, Cindy.

At Connie’s request, no public services will be held.
