Diane Christnagle

DIANE CHRISTNAGLE , age 68 of Waseca died on Monday, December 30, 2013 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato.

Born on September 6, 1945 in Mankato, Minnesota she was the daughter of Reinhard and Frances (Heine) Christnagel.  She attended school in Mankato.  Diane was employed at the E.F. Johnson Co. and later Brown Printing Co. in Waseca.  She enjoyed playing cards, following the Minnesota sports teams, bingo, fishing, friends, and socializing.  She was a member of the Waseca Senior Citizens.

She is survived by one sister, Linda Christnagel of Mankato; one aunt, Jean Heine of Lewisville; one uncle Rodney Heckman of St. James; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  She is also survived by friends, Kathy Bailey, Denise Spies, and Joan Bowe.   Diane was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Donald (LaVonne) and Edward (Jan), one niece, Julie Harrington, and her beloved dog, Cash.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 6, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Dennis Funeral & Cremation Services in Waseca with Rev. Bescye Burnett officiating.  Visitation will be held on Monday, one hour before services at the funeral home.
