Born August 8, 1952, in Rochester, a son of the late Willard and Maxine (Lahmers) Chaddock. On April 3, 1993, he married Patty Harguth in Dodge Center. They had just celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary.
As a very young boy, he worked alongside his father at Chaddock Auto Parts (salvage yard) in Chester, Minnesota. Chris began working at THE SHOP in Waseca as a mechanic in the late 90’s for Brian Harguth. He worked there for 18 years and retired at age 62. Three days later he went to work with Bruce Zimmerman for Zimmerman Farms. He loved the harvest season and fixing big equipment. He was also a parts runner for Napa and most recently was employed at Taylor Corporate Graphics in Mankato where he worked until June 7th, when he became ill.
