Charmane Caroline (Roemhildt) Zimbrich

CHARMANE CAROLINE (ROEMHILDT) ZIMBRICH, age 73, of Janesville, formerly of Waseca, died Monday, August 7, 2023, at Mayo Health System – Mankato.

Born, November 8, 1949, in St. Peter, daughter of the late Dale and Gladys (Dehn) Roemhildt. Charmane attended schools in both Waterville and Elysian. She attended her senior year at the Waseca AG School, where she graduated, Class of 1967. She was a person with a heart of gold who enjoyed fishing, writing poems, listening to music, and playing cards and board games.

She is survived by four children, Brian (Cindy) Zimbrich of Waseca, Bradley (Jody) Zimbrich of Janesville, Robert (Heidi) Zimbrich of Waseca, Stacy Zimbrich of Waseca; 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins; two siblings, Renee Olson of Owatonna, and Randy (Chia) Roemhildt of Elysian. She is preceded in death by her parents and her former husband Charles Zimbrich.

Visitation will be held, Friday, August 11, 2023, from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM at the Waterville Chapel of Dennis-Steffel-Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the German Lake Cemetery in Cleveland. Dennis-Steffel-Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service is handling the arrangements.
