Charles Glenn Youngberg

CHARLES GLENN YOUNGBERG, age 79, of Waseca, died on Friday, August 18, 2023, at Benedictine Living Community of Owatonna.

Born on June 18, 1944, in Waseca, he is the son of Glenn and Nina (Nelemans) Youngberg. Chuck attended Waseca Public School, graduating with the class of 1962. In 1971, Chuck was united in marriage to Jan Jaeger and they were later divorced. He worked at Central Natural Gas for a short time before starting a 34 year career at E.F. Johnson Co. where he worked in Radio Testing and Electrical Manufacturing. Chuck loved cars. He was a past member of the Waseca Jaycees and a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Waseca.

Chuck is survived by his mother, Nina Youngberg of Waseca; siblings: Carol Meyer, Rita Johnson, and Craig (Arlys) Youngberg all of Waseca; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his father.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Faith United Methodist Church in Waseca. Burial will follow in Woodville Cemetery. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.
