Beverly Anderson September 18, 1929 - June 24, 2009

Beverly Anderson, age 79, of Faribault, died Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at Faribault Commons Care Center. Memorial services will be held on Monday, June 29, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cathedral of Our Merciful Saviour Chapel in Faribault, with Deacon Bonnie Holt, Officiating. Inurnment will be in the Cathedral Columbarium. Arrangements are with the Parker Kohl Funeral Home of Faribault. Beverly Alice Michaels, the daughter of John and Alice (Osterlund) Michaels, was born on September 18, 1929 in St. Paul. She graduated from Johnson High School in St. Paul. Beverly married Louis Anderson on February 14, 1951 in St. Paul. She worked at 3M prior to being a devoted homemaker for her family and later worked at Montgomery Wards. Beverly was a member of The Sewing Club for many years, which includes current members, Jan Hess and Lu Larsen. She also was an artist, producing many paintings. Beverly and Louis have lived in Faribault for the past 10 years. She is survived by her husband, Louis of Faribault; daughter, Suzanne Anderson and husband Chris Dorman of Shakopee, MN; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Michael Anderson; and brother, Gerald Michaels.
