Allen E. White Sr. September 3, 1937 - December 10, 2015

Allen E. White Sr., age 78, of Faribault, MN, passed away December 10, 2015 at Reflections Care Suites at Three Links in Northfield, MN.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of St. Patrick in Shieldsville, 7525 Dodd Road, Faribault. Interment will be at the Church of St. Patrick Cemetery in Shieldsville at a later date.

Memorial visitation will be held at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home & Crematory in Faribault on Monday from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. and on Tuesday for one hour prior to the services at the church.

Allen Eugene was born on September 3, 1937, in Northfield, MN, to Alfred and Clara (Koutz) White. Al was united in marriage to Theresa Katra on November 26, 1955 in Faribault, celebrating 60 years of marriage on Thanksgiving. Al worked for Nutting Truck prior to many years of construction with BH Heselton of Faribault. For many years, he owned and operated his auto body shop in Nerstrand, well known for his quality work by numerous customers. He then was manager at Four Seasons Apartments for 13 years and then for eight years as ground maintenance at Legacy Golf Course. Al thoroughly enjoyed deer hunting. He also enjoyed having a cabin on the lake, giving pontoon rides to all of his guests. He also fished often, once catching a musky with his bare hands! In the winter months he and Theresa would go snowmobiling, then later spent many winters in Texas.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Theresa White; children, Debra White (special friend, Terry Barta), Allen (Lisa) White Jr., and Kim White (fianc, Mark Besser); grandchildren, Aric (Theresa) Pratt, Dan (Jill) Stenbakken, Gerry Ress, Lazsahn Besser, Scott Hofbauer, Lekeisha Hofbauer, Miranda (Matt) DeGrood, and Chad White; 16 great grandchildren; brothers, Alfred and Donald White; sisters, Betty Henderson, Ruby Henderson, and Marion Bemis; and many other relatives and friends.

He Charlotte was preceded Deuth, and in death Clarabelle by his Piper; parents, and Alfred brother, and Roy Clara; White. sisters, Kay Wacholz,
