Alan James Burns

ALAN JAMES BURNS, age 37 weeks, was born and passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato. On his birthday he weighed six pounds three ounces, was 20 inches long, and had red-blonde hair.

Alan is survived by his parents, Tim and Kirstin (Goltz) Burns of Janesville; three sisters, Maggie, Quinn, and Amelia; his paternal grandparents, Robert and Joan Burns of Janesville; his maternal grandparents, Don and Karen Goltz of Janesville; aunts and uncles, Ben Burns of Janesville, Laura and Reid Olson of Lake Crystal, Anna Burns of Mankato, Joey Burns of Eagle Lake, and Jessi and Phil Olson of Eagle Lake; and six cousins, Roman, Richie, Ryan, Sadie, Jaelyn, and Miah. Alan was preceded in death by several great-grandparents.

A private family funeral service will be held at St. Ann Catholic Church in Janesville, with Father Brian Mulligan officiating. Interment will follow at St. Ann Catholic Cemetery in Janesville.
